10. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES
Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage, no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. California law requires us to let you know how we respond to web browser DNT signals. Because there currently is not an industry or legal standard for recognizing or honoring DNT signals, we do not respond to them at this time.

California "Shine The Light" Law
California Civil Code Section 1798.83, also known as the "Shine The Light" law, permits our users who are California residents to request and obtain from us, once a year and free of charge, information about categories of personal information (if any) we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes and the names and addresses of all third parties with which we shared personal information in the immediately preceding calendar year. 12. SMS TEXT MESSAGING

Message Frequency

When you opt into our SMS reminder service, you will receive messages based on the reminders you set. Additionally, we may occasionally send important account-related alerts. The number of messages you receive will depend on your selected reminders and account type: Free Plan: You can receive up to 4 messages per month. Pro Plan: You can receive up to 150* messages per month *If you purchase additional reminders, you may exceed the maximum limit for the Pro Plan.

Opting Out

If at any time you wish to stop receiving SMS messages from us, simply reply to the text with "STOP” or "UNSUBSCRIBE". You may receive an SMS message confirming your opt out.

Message and Data Rates

Please be aware that message and data rates may apply to any SMS messages sent or received. The rates are determined by your carrier and the specifics of your mobile plan.
